Larry N. Baus - President
Before starting CAR 1, Larry was the 3rd generation Owner and President of Nofzinger Pontiac GMC in Archbold, Oh. After selling the company in February of 1998, Larry recognized a need for a dealership that could provide quality, pre-owned vehicles in a hassle-free environment. CAR 1 is that dealership. He has over 38 years experience in the automotive industry and currently serves as the Owner and President of CAR 1.

Chad D. Baus - Vice President of Sales
After 7 years in sales and marketing in Nashville's entertainment business, Chad Baus moved back to the area and joined the family business in March of 2001. He has a Business Management/Marketing degree from Anderson University. Chad has over 13 years experience in the automotive industry and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for CAR 1.

Aaron N. Baus - Vice President of Purchasing

Aaron co-founded CAR 1 along with Larry in 1999. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Anderson University and has over 21 years experience in the automotive industry. He currently serves as the Vice President of Purchasing for CAR 1.

Ed Baus - Resident Comprehensive Expert

Ed was the 2nd generation Owner and President of Nofzinger Pontiac GMC in Archbold before selling the business to his son Larry. At 93 years old, he's still the hardest working employee at CAR 1. He keeps regular hours, takes care of all transportation needs, carries out sanitation and maintenance duties, and is the go-to man for any bit of wisdom the family may be looking for.
